Anh Quoc Duy Nguyen, founder of the law firm in 1995, passed the California State Bar on his first try and immediately opened The Law Offices of Anh Quoc Duy Nguyen, Inc. to fearlessly represent the poor and low-voiced individuals against all insurance companies. He specializes exclusively in the practice of accident and injury cases. Mr. Nguyen leads a team of Preeminent Lawyers that has won numerous top results for their clients, including hundreds of case settlements and verdicts in the $100,000.00 to 20 million dollars range.
Mr. Anh Nquyen earned his undergraduate in Engineering at California State University of Fullerton and Cum Laude Jurisprudence Doctorate degree from Western State University. In law school, Mr. Anh Nguyen was a member of the WSU Law Review. He edited and helped publish numerous legal and scholarly articles on wide-ranging legal areas.
Mr. Anh Nguyen has appeared weekly on radio and television talk shows on topics relating to victims’ rights and the civil justice system since 1995 to present. His talk shows address cases and issues in numerous personal injury areas, including defective products, premises liability, consumer fraud, government liability, and accidents of all types. Patrick Nguyen is a trial lawyer at the Law Offices of Anh Quoc Duy Nguyen, Inc with over seven years of civil litigation experience. He handles a wide range of personal injury cases with particular concentration in automobile accident litigation.
